3. Product Access and Duration

3.1 All products are sold as one-time payments providing access for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

3.2 Access begins immediately upon successful payment processing and confirmation.

3.3 Access expires automatically 365 days from the date of purchase. No automatic renewal will occur.

3.4 We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve the features available within each product tier during the access period, provided that the core functionality described at the time of purchase remains substantially available.

3.5 Products are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to third parties.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers, which may include Stripe, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and/or Shopify Payments.

4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing purchases or active access periods.

4.4 You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 As our products are digital in nature and access is provided immediately upon purchase, your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 is limited.

5.2 You acknowledge and agree that by purchasing our products and receiving immediate access, you are requesting that we begin the supply of digital content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, and you understand that by doing so, you lose your right to cancel.

5.3 Notwithstanding the above, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests made within 14 days of purchase if:

You have experienced a significant technical issue that prevents access to the product and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
The product was materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.

5.4 To request a refund, please contact us at info@bollingeracademy.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

5.5 Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 10 business days.

5.6 If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, software, tools, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on our platform are owned by or licensed to Bollinger Academy Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the products for your personal, non-commercial research and educational purposes during the access period.

7. Limitation of Liability
